Personal Empowerment Ministries is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization ministry established to provide Annie’s Gift Cards of Love for women transitioning from incarceration and abuse in support of motherhood.

Annie Grace Booker was my grandmother and mentor. She became a single mother at 18 years of age and lost her sight after giving birth. Despite this, she was committed to raising my mother and was known for her generosity to family and community. This nonprofit honors her legacy and love. Your support would mean so much.
